Contract & Payment Terms
Written & Signed Contract
All advertising and media packages will be confirmed through a written and signed contract so that both GoalZone Headlines and the client clearly understand the services, prices, payment terms and duration of the agreement.
12-Month Advertising Agreement
We use a simple and fair payment structure:
First Term — 3 Months
The client signs the 12-month contract and pays the first 3 months in advance as the initial deposit/payment. During these first three months, the client can evaluate the advertising service, visibility and results.
Second Term — Remaining 9 Months
If the client is satisfied and wishes to continue after the initial three-month period, the remaining 9 months are paid according to the contract agreement.

Initial Payment Note
For the contract itself, the first payment is described as an “initial 3-month advance payment” rather than automatically calling it a non-refundable deposit, unless the contract specifically sets out when it is refundable or non-refundable. This makes the arrangement much clearer for both sides.
